Sweetnight Core ERP & Finance Integration

Delivers bidirectional integration across enterprise ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA and Kingdee Cloud), automated general ledger (GL) voucher posting, and three-way invoice matching.

1. Enterprise Integration Landscape

Global enterprises face a divide between legacy ERP records and modern autonomous AI agents:

  • Heterogeneous ERP Architectures: Domestic manufacturing operations run primarily on Kingdee Cloud (金蝶云星空), while global cross-border transactions and overseas entities utilize SAP.
  • Manual Voucher Processing: Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and vendor invoices require significant human effort for line-by-line verification.
  • Multi-Currency Volatility: Fluctuating exchange rates across USD, EUR, JPY, and CNY complicate period-end financial closing.

The Sweetnight ERP Integration Hub (sn_erp and sn_finance) bridges this gap via standardized OData, RFC, and Kingdee WebAPI protocol layers, converting agent actions into compliant general ledger vouchers.

2. Core Autonomous Capabilities

Agent A: Three-Way Matching & Vendor Invoice Clearing

  • Automates reconciliation across digital vendor invoices, factory MES receiving reports, and approved SRM purchase agreements.
  • Automatically clears fractional variances within 0.2% tolerance while flagging price or quantity discrepancies for procurement and accounts payable review.

Agent B: Omnichannel Revenue Recognition & GL Voucher Generation

  • Ingests multichannel settlement reports from the Commercial Tower (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
  • Segregates gross sales, FBA fulfillment charges, advertising deductions, and channel commissions, generating and posting balanced GL accounting vouchers into Kingdee/SAP.
  • Reduces month-end book closing cycles from 7 business days to under 24 hours.

Agent C: FX Exposure Hedging & Multi-Currency Treasury Allocation

  • Ingests real-time currency exchange rates and projected 30-day foreign currency liabilities.
  • Formulates optimal currency conversion schedules and forward contract recommendations to protect gross margins against currency swings.

3. Cryptographic Governance & Vault Secrets

All modifications dispatched to core ERP systems are strictly secured:

  • HashiCorp Vault Dynamic Credentials: API tokens and integration service accounts are dynamically leased and rotated by Vault.
  • Immutable Audit Trails: Every ERP transaction produces a cryptographic hash linked into the AEP SLSA ledger, maintaining full SOX compliance and external audit readiness.
