Terms of Service
Draft terms for hosted subscriptions; Enterprise deployments are governed by a signed order form and license agreement.
Draft updated: July 16, 2026
Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only as permitted by law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content and instructions you submit.
The service may use probabilistic AI systems. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before consequential use.
Hosted plans, credits, and billing
Hosted plan names, prices, included credits, seats, billing interval, and entitlements are the values shown in the canonical catalog and confirmed in Checkout. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are subject to the rollover and expiration rules displayed for the selected plan.
Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Upgrades, downgrades, proration, invoice timing, taxes, refunds, and payment-failure recovery must match the billing flow and the final legally approved commercial policy. Live charging remains disabled until those terms and tax configuration are approved.
Cancellation and suspension
Customers may manage supported hosted subscription changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation timing and continued access through a paid period are governed by the confirmed billing terms.
We may restrict access to protect the service, respond to abuse or security risk, comply with law, or address nonpayment.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law or third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access; evade usage or security controls; distribute malware; interfere with the service; or use the service to create, facilitate, or conceal harmful or fraudulent activity.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. isA and its licensors retain rights in the platform, documentation, and service technology. Final treatment of feedback, output ownership, and third-party model terms requires legal approval.
Enterprise licensing
Self-hosted Enterprise is not purchased through online Checkout. Edition, modules, seats, quotas, support, SLA, branding, delivery, renewal, and license duration are defined in a signed order form and an offline signed license.
Warranty, liability, and governing terms
Warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, dispute process, and statutory consumer rights are not final and must be supplied by counsel before production activation. Questions may be sent to hello@iapro.ai.
