How do credits work?
Each agent action spends credits based on the work involved — a quick reply costs little, a multi-step task with tools costs more. Credits refresh every month with your plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Plan changes are supported by the subscription service. Timing, billing adjustments, and any proration are shown in the applicable billing flow or contract.
What if I run out of credits?
Credit limits are enforced by the product. You can move to a plan with more capacity or wait for the next allocation period; your workspace data remains associated with your account.
How is this different from self-hosted Enterprise?
