Privacy Notice
How the hosted isA service and Enterprise inquiry process handle personal information.
Draft updated: July 16, 2026
Information we collect
Account and contact details, organization context, authentication identifiers, billing-customer references, support communications, service usage, device and security logs, and information you intentionally submit through Enterprise inquiries may be processed to operate the service.
Payment card details are collected by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by isA. isA stores provider customer, subscription, invoice, and payment references needed for billing operations and reconciliation.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, deliver requested agent functionality, meter credits, administer subscriptions, respond to sales and support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, meet contractual obligations, and improve reliability.
Enterprise inquiry details are used only to assess and respond to the requested commercial engagement. Consent to contact is recorded with the inquiry.
Service providers and transfers
Infrastructure, authentication, observability, communications, and payment providers may process information under service-provider terms. The final provider list, processing locations, transfer safeguards, and data-processing addendum must be approved before commercial launch.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as needed for the purposes above, security evidence, contractual commitments, and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Final retention periods—including Enterprise lead retention, billing evidence, application content, backups, and deletion timelines—remain a legal release gate.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, or object to certain processing, by contacting hello@iapro.ai. Availability and handling timelines depend on applicable law and the final approved policy.
Security, children, and changes
We use access controls, encryption, audit logging, separation of test and live payment environments, and other safeguards proportionate to the service. No system is completely secure.
The hosted service is not directed to children. Material changes to the final notice will be published with a new effective date.
